Disparity Gospel
Disparity Gospel 18x24 oil on panel. It is easier for a camel to get through the eye of a needle, than it is for a rich man to get into heaven. Sadly the beautiful sentiments of Christ are lost in the wash of modern Christianity. A bureaucracy of hypocrisy and self serving intolerance.

The Monkey and The Shark is a 24"x24" original oil on panel. Based on an amalgamation of modern parable of the organ grinder monkey and the african folk tale "The Monkey and the Shark" This cheeky guy isn't content to dance for his coins, he has lept onto the back of his friend the shark to explore the great big pond all around him. Will his heart be eaten or will his pockets be filled. We shall see ;)
Looking for Lonely
Looking for Lonely is an 18"x22" painting, oil on panel. Looking for Lonely depicts the sad but ultimately uplifting transition of Lonely Jessup. Lonely wasn't his real name but that's what they called him. Most folks ignored the sad, lonely child. He was often spotted wondering the country side, or tromping back from the store with no one for company but his dead sisters doll Mathilde. One day Lonely disappeared and people finally took real notice.
Sanctuarium
Sanctuarium is a 30"x40" painting, oil on panel. 5 years in the making, Sanctuarium is my love letter to the great Pacific Northwest and to Portland and Portland Saturday Market. A haven of market and community for the creatively driven misanthropes, who dwell in this paradise, a sanctuary and a sanitarium.
